OUR INTERVENTIONS ARE MAINTAINED : Consultations are carried out virtually and by telephone.
Despite the cancellation of our in-person consults with clients and the holding of our group activities since March 16th, Dispensary clients still have access to their health counselor (nutritionist, community worker, perinatal and lactation consultants) along with food and vitamin supplements. Consultations are carried out virtually and by telephone: nutritional, social, and perinatal follow-ups, as well as active referrals to the right complementary resources and food banks.
In addition, we invite our clients to contact us, Monday to Thursday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., by dialing 514 937-5375, followed by their health counselor’s extension. Our health counselors will contact their clients themselves on a regular basis to inquire about their state of health, to keep in touch and to be present in emergency situations. The Dispensary asks its partners to keep it informed of the nature of their interventions in the context of the current health emergency by writing to info@dispensaire.ca.
These exceptional measures are part of the Dispensary’s desire to continue its mission with pregnant women in vulnerable situations and to actively participate in reducing the risks of transmission of COVID-19 among its clients, staff members, and the general population. Prevention is everyone’s responsibility.
